AI-powered bike fit analysis via webcam, video or photo. Detect causes of cycling pain (knee, back, neck) and get saddle height, setback and handlebar recommendations.
Cause #1: incorrect saddle height. Our bike fit analysis detects this issue.
Often caused by wrong handlebar position or saddle setback.
Too much weight on the front? Your back angle and stem length need checking.
In 80% of cases, it's a bike fit problem.

Follow these tips for accurate analysis
Position the camera perpendicular to your bike at saddle height. The right side (chainring visible) works best.
Use natural light or uniform lighting. Avoid backlighting and harsh shadows.
Wear close-fitting clothes (cycling shorts, jersey) for accurate joint detection.
The entire bike and cyclist should be visible with some margin around.
For analysis, place the pedal at bottom dead center (6 o'clock). That's where knee extension is measured.
Use a turbo trainer if possible. Otherwise, lean against a wall or have someone help.
Our analysis measures the 4 key angles for optimal position. Every degree counts for your comfort and power.
Knee extension
140-150°
At bottom of pedal stroke
Hip angle
55-70°
Pelvis opening
Back angle
35-50°
Depends on your practice
Arm angle
150-165°
Slightly bent
Our angle ranges are based on scientific literature and professional bike fitting practices
Measured at bottom dead center, this angle determines optimal saddle height. The Holmes method recommends 25-35° flexion from full extension.
Too low = knee pain, too high = pelvis rocking
The minimum opening between thigh and torso at top dead center. This angle affects comfort and power output.
Too closed = iliac artery compression, breathing limitations
The angle between back and horizontal varies by riding style: 40-50° for endurance, 30-45° for road performance.
Lower angles are more aero but more demanding
Slightly bent arms (~20° flexion) absorb vibrations and keep shoulders relaxed.
Straight arms = neck tension, hand numbness
These are general reference values. Professional analysis is recommended for complex cases.
For persistent issues, consult an IBFI certified bike fitter.
No reason to pay for a bike fit in 2026
Our AI was developed and supervised by cycling enthusiasts and biomechanics experts. Angle ranges are based on scientific literature.
Analysis runs 100% on your device. With no servers to maintain, we have no hosting costs, allowing us to offer professional-grade analysis for free.
Before video analysis, our detailed questionnaire (riding style, pain points, goals, body type) tailors recommendations to YOUR profile, not generic values.
Same analysis, same precision, $0. Technology makes bike fitting accessible to everyone.

A computer or phone, and your bike. Use live webcam, upload a video, or take a simple photo from the side (right side). Ideally on an indoor trainer.
It's an excellent first analysis. For complex issues or persistent pain, a professional is still recommended. MyBikeFitting gives you a solid foundation.
Road, MTB, gravel, city, triathlon... The analysis works with all bike types.

After months of knee pain on every ride, I searched for solutions. Appointments with bikefitters were expensive and hard to get.
I spent hours on YouTube learning how to adjust my saddle. Trial, error, trial... Until I found the right position.
Today, this experience is automated. AI does in 5 minutes what took me weeks.
